State Police arrested Alexis N. Breen, age 24, of Ausable Forks, for harassment and criminal mischief-intent to damage.
On October 31, 2023, around 9:07 a.m., Troopers responded to Golf Course Road in the town of Black Brook for a domestic dispute. An investigation determined Breen and the victim were involved in a verbal argument which turned physical when Breen struck the victim multiple times with a closed fist. Further investigation determined, during the altercation Breen kicked the wall causing damage.
