The Harrietstown Town Council unanimously passed its $6.7 million budget on Thursday without a proposed $20,000 stipend for Supervisor Jordanna Mallach to take on a temporary increase in duties at the town-owned airport. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports three of the four councilors chose to scrap it and address the airport assistance issue at a later date.
