State Police members arrested Shaqunna J. Latney, age 33, of Malone, NY for harassment 2nd, attempted assault 2nd, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, menacing 2nd and criminal contempt 1st. The incident leading to her arrest began as a domestic on Perrin Road during which she allegedly stabbed a victim in the arm with a letter opener. Latney was charged and taken into custody.
