State Police say a Tupper Lake man was arrested twice in one day. Early on January 26th, 53 year old Christopher J. Staves resisted arrest following an incident at his apartment. Hours later, Staves violated the court order of protection by returning to the residence after being arrested, including allegedly grabbing broken glass from the previous incident, and holding it near a person’s neck.
