State Police arrested Dylan C. Degon, age 22 of Tupper Lake for endangering the welfare of an incompetent person 1st.
On September 29, Troopers responded to Sunmount located on State Route 9, in the town of Tupper Lake for a harassment complaint. An investigation determined Degon, an employee at Sunmount assaulted a resident by wrapping the victim’s arms up and placing his knee into the victims back during a wheelchair transfer.
