A young German shepherd named Apollo spent 19 days in the woods behind Lake Colby after running off during a walk.
Apollo’s owner Lexi Deseraie spent weeks posting in local social media groups, asking people to keep an eye out for a white German shepherd. Hundreds of people told her they were keeping their eyes out. A former co-worker found the dogon January 17th and the owner met him at the High Peaks Animal Hospital in Ray Brook.
