The Winter Carnival Committee is reminding residents and visitors that parking and/or stopping/standing alongside of River Street near the Ice Palace is not permitted. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, the committee is also reminding residents and visitors that handicap parking spaces are available at the Lake Flower Boat Launch site by the Ice Palace.
Those who need handicap parking must display their placard and volunteer staff on site will escort you to the Palace.
