A Saranac Lake woman was jailed after she was allegedly caught inside someone’s garage and stealing items from a vehicle.
New York State Police were called to the break-in on County Route 47 at about 8:20 p.m. Feb. 22, ultimately arresting Christine M. Siman, 43, on charges of second-degree burglary and petit larceny. Siman was arraigned in Harrietstown Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail without bail pending future appearances.
