A 36-year-old unhoused sex offender was arrested and incarcerated Feb. 22 for allegedly failing to register his change of address. Clinton County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Robert L. Lajoy following an investigation that they say determined he had failed to update a change of address as required by the New York State Sex Offender Registry. He is scheduled to appear in Ausable Town Court at a later, unspecified, date to face the charges.
