A Tupper Lake woman has been pronounced dead after a one-car crash on state Route 3 on Wednesday. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, 65 year old Jean M. Crubaugh, 65, of Tupper Lake, was the sole occupant of a vehicle that left the roadway and landed in an area by the side of the road while she was traveling westbound on state Route 3. Crubaugh was pronounced dead at the scene.
