A traffic stop for an expired inspection recently ended with a Lake Placid’s man arrest on drug and weapon charges.
Lake Placid Village Police stopped Jonathan M. Sears, 30, March 24. Police said during the stop, Sears was allegedly found in illegal possession of brass knuckles and a glass smoking device and containers with cocaine residue. He was charged with drug counts and having an expired inspection.
