There are two seats on the Tupper Lake Central School District Board of Education up for election this year, and the deadline to file a petition to run for one of these seats is this coming Monday, April 22. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, the two board members who currently hold the seats have not yet filed to run for reelection. Board President Jane Whitmore told the Enterprise she currently plans to run for the office again. Board Vice President Jason Rolley did not respond for comment by deadline Wednesday.
