North Country Community College and SUNY Plattsburgh invite the media to attend the signing of a new dual admissions program agreement between the two institutions at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 25 in Saranac Lake. The ceremony will take place in Hodson Hall Rm. 105 at North Country’s Saranac Lake campus, 23 Santanoni Ave., Saranac Lake.
