Christopher and Catherine Ericson, owners of Big Slide Brewing and Public House and Lake Placid Pub and Brewery, are expanding their brewery duo into a trio with their newest endeavor. Sun Community News reports RiverTrail Beerworks will be a seven-barrel production brewery with an indoor/outdoor bar and 60-item menu, on Woodruff Street along the Saranac River. It’s set to open in July.
