Franklin County is pushing for a judge to allow a foreclosure on the long-defunct Big Tupper Ski Area property. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports the foreclosure, for nearly half a million dollars of delinquent taxes on the failed resort, has been challenged by creditors of the property. But the county is asking the judge to make a decision on the case without sending it to a longer trial, arguing the facts support their foreclosure.
