Wednesday, June 12 is Free Tire Collection Day at the North Elba Highway Garage. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, the town’s highway garage, located at 5648 Cascade Road, will accept tires from 1 to 3 p.m. or until the department’s trailer is full.
