Acid Rain Concerns Following Supreme Court Ruling

Environmental advocates and scientists are worried acid rain may return to the Adirondacks after a recent Supreme Court ruling, which effectively prevents the EPA from enforcing its “Good Neighbor Rule” while the regulation is debated in lower courts. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports, Adirondack Council Executive Director Raul Aguirre said the ruling “has the potential to unravel decades of critical conservation measures.”
