The Cobble Hill trail off of Mirror Lake Drive in Lake Placid will be closed intermittently for trail work over the next two weeks.
According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, the trail is closed until August 9th and Aug. 12-15. Professional trail builders will be using heavy equipment to top the dirt tread with natural material. The temporary closures give the trail crew the space and time they need to work safely and efficiently.
