The doors of a long-standing Lake Placid business will close at the end of next month. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, The Good Bite Kitchen on Sentinel Road, operated by chef Kayte Billerman, is going up for sale as Billerman transitions into a new role in marketing and communications at her sister’s probiotic foods company, Small Town Cultures.
