The village of Tupper Lake has planned a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday to celebrate the installation of new docks and wayfinding signage at its waterfront park. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports the ceremony will start at 11 a.m. The new Flanders Park docks have already had several weeks of use by boaters.
