The Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts (ALCA) is awarding an all-time record-high amount for the region it serves of more than $250,000 in regrants to locally based arts and cultural organizations, teaching artists and individual creative artists, including via a second round of funding, the application window for which is scheduled to open by Monday, October 7th.
