Essex County Health Department (ECHD) and its partner hospitals, UVMHN-Elizabethtown Community Hospital (ECH) and Adirondack Health (AH), are looking for resident perspectives when it comes to the state of health and well-being in their communities. The insight gained from resident opinions will be included in the 2025 Community Health Assessment and will help direct the work of health and human service agencies in the county for the next several years.
