Local towns and villages have received millions of dollars in state grants for water quality projects. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports in all, 19 municipalities and organizations in Assembly District 115, which includes Franklin, Essex and part of Clinton counties, were awarded more than $25 million, according to Assemblyman Billy Jones.
