Adirondack Health has been named to the National Rural Rating System’s 2025 Honor Roll. This distinction highlights rural and critical access facilities that earned the organization’s highest rating possible – 5 stars – recognizing excellence in patient care. Adirondack Health is the only health system in New York state to receive this recognition in 2025, and one of only 22 in the nation.
