North Country Community College is proud to announce that Tricia Preston of Lake Placid has been appointed to its Board of Trustees by New York State Governor Kathy Hochul. Preston is a 1983 graduate of NCCC and continued her studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from SUNY Cortland and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies from SUNY Plattsburgh. She’s a retired teacher.
