A resident of Upper Jay was arrested on multiple charges after he allegedly drove intoxicated, crashed into another vehicle, fled and crashed again. 48 year old Philip A. Renderer was arrested April 12 for assault, reckless endangerment, and driving while intoxicated. The charges stem from a 6 p.m. crash that day at the intersection of Route 86 and Route 9N.
