A Saranac woman is in critical condition following an accident on Route 3 Monday. State Police said the accident happened at about 10:30 p.m. when 60-year-old Rocky L. Kramer of Cadyville was traveling west on Route 3 and attempted to turn into a driveway, colliding with an eastbound motorcycle being driven by Olivia A. Penry, 27. Penry was ejected from the motorcycle and was transported to CVPH. She was later airlifted to the University of Vermont Medical Center, where she is currently listed in critical condition.
