A New York State Offices of the Inspector General report publicly released Monday by the Adirondack Park Agency found that allegations ostensibly made by APA employees against Executive Director Barbara Rice were “unsubstantiated” and closed the case with no recommendations for further action regarding the matters, reports the Adirondack Daily Enterprise.
