A 33-year-old Saranac Lake man is facing several charges, including a felony, following a domestic incident that took place at a St. Armand residence recently. Sun Community News reports on Monday morning, State Police were sent to investigate a report of a domestic argument underway on Cantwell Way. They say Dustin A. Yarrish was engaged in a heated verbal argument with someone who had an order of protection against him. As the argument escalated, Yarrish allegedly tried to grab the cell phone away from the other person as they attempted to call for help.
