Another Delay In Howitzer Hearing

In what is becoming an increasingly routine occurrence, the Adirondack Park Agency’s start date for the adjudicatory hearing on a proposed howitzer testing range in the town of Lewis has been pushed back yet again.
The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports it is now tentatively scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on June 24 at the APA’s Ray Brook headquarters. This is subject to potential further delays. The new timeline was ordered on Friday by Administrative Law Judge David Greenwood, who is overseeing the hearing.
