Climate Conference In Lake Placid

New York State Public Health Association’s Climate Committee will present “Climate Communications Through the Arts: Sparking Community Engagement” at High Peaks Resort on on April 22. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports “Climate Communications Through the Arts” coincides with the 56th anniversary of Earth Day and New York State Public Health Association’s Annual Public Health Partnership Conference. The day is designed to be fun, immersive and educational and will connect climate data and creative expression to climate actions. It also creates networking opportunities for businesses, nonprofits and foundations to meet climate leaders, educators, artists, students and elected officials.
