A Keeseville man has been arrested on a felony contempt charge after police say he repeatedly violated an active order of protection. New York State Police arrested Shawn R. Hart, 43, Jan. 9 on charges of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. Troopers were called to Ladue Road in Harrietstown the day prior after Hart allegedly repeatedly text and called someone with an active order of protection against him.
