The Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts (ALCA) will open its
doors on April 8, 2024, to those planning to experience the rare total solar eclipse
passing over the Adirondacks. The Arts Center will be open to the public from 10:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to serve food and beverages and provide eclipse-viewing glasses as
part of a special $20 deal. Live entertainment takes the Arts Center stage with local
band Yod Crewsy and the Yod Squad from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
