Four newly constructed 900 square feet, two-bedroom cape-style homes will soon be available in Keene for people with moderate incomes in relation to others in the area. Sun Community News reports construction will be completed for two in October or later and two more possibly in December. They will have one floor with an unfinished concrete basement. They will be constructed in such a way a second floor can be constructed more easily, should the homeowner eventually want that.
