Plans for new buildings, renovations and improvements at the North Elba Horse Showgrounds were unveiled at a public open house Thursday. Feedback from the open house will be incorporated into a final draft of a plan that will then be handed over to the North Elba Town Council. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports the showgrounds are owned by the town but are used mainly by the Lake Placid Horse Show Association for its two horse shows.
