Assemblyman Billy Jones said Trudeau Institute was a “no brainer” for the state Historic Business Preservation Registry, considering its long history and its significance to the local and global community. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports recently, Jones presented the institute’s staff with a certificate from the state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation recognizing the organization for the decades of scientific research it has been a part of in Saranac Lake.
