The application process for 2021 Decentralization (DEC) Grants remains open for one more week, with a deadline of January 31, 2021. Grants up to $5,000 are available to eligible arts organizations and artists in the Adirondack Quad-County region of Clinton, Essex, Franklin, and Hamilton counties, pending confirmation of funding from New York State. Applicants may submit requests in the categories of Community Arts and/or Arts Education.
