All visitation at the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) of University of Vermont
Health Network – Alice Hyde Medical Center’s long-term care facility, The Alice Center, has been
temporarily suspended following a positive COVID-19 test.
The positive test was returned Wednesday by an SNF employee, said Susan Biondolillo, Alice Hyde’s
Assistant Vice President of Long Term Care. The employee, who had been fully vaccinated, is
asymptomatic and has been placed in quarantine in accordance with New York State Department of
Health guidelines.
