State Police arrested 20-year-old Dakota J. Christian of AuSable following an investigation of a rape of a mentally handicapped individual. Christian was also found in possession of an electric bike that was reported stolen from the AuSable area in June 2021. Christian was charged and arraigned in the Jay Town Court and subsequently released on his own recognizance to reappear in court at a later date.
