A Lake Placid estate, owned by Saratoga Springs philanthropists Michele and Ronald Riggi, hit the real estate market Thursday with an asking price of more than $31 million. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports the more than 46-acre property is called “Casa Del Paradiso, ” and is located off of Bear Cub Road near the John Brown Farm Historic Site. That asking price is the highest in Lake Placid history.
