Tupper Lake Men Charged

Two Tupper Lake men have been arrested and are facing several charges, including criminal possession of a weapon and theft of an ATV, following an investigation that began last November. On Nov. 11, State Police were summoned to Route 30 in the town of Tupper Lake to investigate the report of a stolen ATV. Police say Michael J. Derosia, 25, had a bill of sale made out to another person for a three-wheeler he did not actually own. Police say he reportedly “sold” the ATV to Trystan J. Lohr, 25, and accepted as partial payment an 8 mm rifle from Lohr.
