In an effort to remove financial barriers for those looking to start or complete college, North Country Community College has announced a new program that provides scholarship opportunities for every student. The four tiers of the Scholarships-4-Everyone program offer scholarships to both full-time and part-time students in amounts ranging from $500 up to the full cost of tuition.
