A large crowd gathered on the lawn of Dr. Edward Livingston Trudeau’s former home and office on Tuesday. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports Saranac Lake hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on their way to turning the building on the corner of Main and Church Streets into an expanded museum site for HSL’s bounty of artifacts and stories.
