The Lake Placid-North Elba Review Board continues to piece together its recommendation for whether or not a rezoning request from a local family should move forward. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports if approved, the rezoning would pave the way for the construction of new condominiums on the shore of Lake Placid.
