The Saranac Lake Youth Baseball and Softball Association is underway with a fundraising campaign to repair and improve a pair of local youth recreation fields. Sun Community News rpeorts the goal of the Grand Slam Campaign is to raise $40,000 for a series of upgrades to Rotary Field, located next to the Saranac Lake Civic Center, and Elks Field, located off John Munn Road.
