Early Voting Records Set In The Region

Election officials in Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties confirmed unprecedented early voting numbers. NBC 5 reports Clinton County reported close to 9,000 early votes, Essex County over 4,000 and Franklin County saw nearly 3,400 early ballots cast. All three counties observed record-breaking early voting turnout.
