Governor Kathy Hochul issued a state of emergency as of 8:00 PM, Monday. Hochul says that she is anticipating wide spread power outages and is asking New Yorkers to stay off the roads. Locations with high terrain will pick up a foot or more with some areas approaching two feet of snow.
