Essex County Health Department reports 2nd COVID-19 death this week The Essex County Health Department (ECHD) says the death involves a resident at the Elderwood Lake Placid nursing home. This individual passed away of complications due to COVID-19. The deceased individual was fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of February 15, 2021.
