News from Franklin County Public Health advises that Governor Cuomo has announced that individuals with certain comorbidities and pre-existing conditions will qualify for COVID-19 vaccination starting on Monday, February 15th. Individuals in this category may register for appointments at state-run sites starting on Sunday, February 14th. Supplies are still very limited.
