Lake Placid Village Mayor Art Devlin tested positive for COVID-19 last week. According to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, Devlin said he tested positive last Monday and was symptomatic for around four days, describing allergy-like symptoms , but he’s now asymptomatic.k He’s had two doses of a vaccine and one booster dose.
Adirondack Health will offer drive-thru COVID-19 testing from 8-11 a.m., seven days a week, beginning Monday, May 16. The change in testing hours corresponds with a decrease in regional demand for COVID-19 testing.
